I try to reflect in my work what i see and believe of the natural world,
' our connectedness.'
A vital unit, where each entity survives with the love and assistance of the
next.
I like to think I produce a glimpse of things that cannot be seen, only felt. I have always believed that there has to be more to ' life' than what we see, and the activities we engage in daily. With the use of oil pastel I produce intricate designs with special attention to color and texture, that hopefully take one to that ' feeling place.'
So, my work is an invitation to go within .... to realize there is more ... and to never stop looking.
' What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny
matters, compared to what lies within us.'
Ralph Waldo Emerson.
